There are no lights upon your tree,
The gift you want is to be free.
You’ve sat alone throughout the night,
When from the darkness shines a light.
There’s Still Hope this Christmas Season,
And from that hope there comes the reason
You can make it day to day,
No matter what your past may say.
His promises make all things right,
With dawn of morning Christmas light.
For all that you face in your fight for sobriety, this day offers the hope and strength that you need. For your questions, Jesus is the Answer. For your needs, Jesus is the Source. And for your recovery, Jesus is your Hope.
Recovery Step: “For unto us a Child is born” (Isaiah 9:6). Merry Christmas!
