There have been a lot of definitions of the eighth wonder of the world that have floated around over the years. Albert Einstein called the eighth wonder of the world – ready for this?
Compound interest.
We overestimate what we can accomplish in a day, but we underestimate what God can do in a year or two. Or ten.
Consistency beats intensity every time. Give it enough time, and you can transform your body, your mind, your marriage, your finances, your attitude.
And your recovery.
Maybe that’s what Paul had in mind when he wrote, “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:58).
