Fitness is actually a biblical concept. John prayed for his disciple Gaius, “I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul” (3 John 2).
Recovery Step: God cares about the total person – spiritual, emotional, recovery, and physical. Yes, physical. So get in shape this year. You’ve still got 325 days left to get it done.
