Would you like a good laugh? I’ll give it a shot. Pick from among three jokes:
- There’s a fine line between a numerator and a denominator. (Only a fraction of people will understand.)
- Did you hear about the first restaurant to open on the moon? It had great food, but no atmosphere.
- What do you get when you cross a dyslexic, an insomniac, and an agnostic? Someone who lays awake at night wondering if there really is a dog.
Laughter is biblical. The Bible says, “We were filled with laughter, and we sang for joy. And the other nations said, ‘What amazing things the Lord has done for them’” (Psalm 126:2).
Did you catch that? When God’s people laughed, it became a testimony to the other nations. Our joy communicates the Gospel to an unbelieving world. Your laughter is a testimony for God.
