Bring passion to your spiritual connection. Seek God with greater passion than you seek money, happiness, or – get ready for this – recovery.
Israel’s great king didn’t pray for personal success. Instead, he prayed, “O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water” (Psalm 63:1).
