Andrew Whitworth switched teams.
A four-time NFL All-Pro, the six-foot-seven lineman left the Cincinnati Bengals for the Los Angeles Rams. And in 2022, he accomplished a rare feat, as a member of the Super Bowl champions. What made this so special was that the team he beat was – the Cincinnati Bengals.
If you are living in your addiction, it’s time to switch teams.
Paul said to the church, “So then, brothers, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh, for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live” (Romans 8:12).
Bengals or Rams. Flesh or spirit. Drunk or sober. Pick a side.
Recovery Step: If you are walking in addiction, it’s time to switch to the other side.
