Your attitude is everything.
Psychologist Robert Puff writes, “Our thoughts shape the way we feel. Our happiness is dependent on the quality of our thoughts. We’re not happy because we’re happy; we’re happy because we interpret the things that happen to us as good.”
King David said it like this: “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).
Again, your attitude is everything. Two of our generation’s great motivators weigh in.
Zig Ziglar said, “Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” And from Lou Holtz: “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”
Recovery Step: I don’t know how many ways I can say it. Your attitude is everything.
