There are a lot of important holidays this time of year. Perhaps you’ve heard of some of them: Pearl Harbor Day (Dec. 7), Winter Solstice (Dec. 21), Christmas (Dec. 25), New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31), and New Year’s Day (Jan. 1).
Not to be outdone, December 29 is “Still Need to Do Day.” This is that day – the day when you figure out (a) what you have failed to do so far in 2021, and (b) how to complete those projects in the next 48 hours.
While it may be impossible to reach all of your 2021 goals in the next two days, there is no better time to get to work on your recovery. Jesus said to work “while it is daylight” (John 9:24).
Recovery Step: You can’t do a year’s worth of recovery work in two days. But you can do two days’ worth of recovery work in two days. So go ahead. Get started.
